Twerk Fusion
Twerk Fusion is the merge of Tantrik Twerk and Belly dance in a beautiful celebration of your body. We will ground into our hips and liberate them through lots of shaking and deep stretching. We will cover foundational Twerk techniques as well as sensual belly dance movements. Prepare to be in love with yourself more than ever after this activating class!
This 90-minute workshop is every 1st Sunday of the month at 3:30pm.

Farewell Summer: Flow, Breath, and Sound
A soulful practice to harmonize with nature’s shift. Join us for a seasonal yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing workshop designed to help you transition from the fullness of summer into the grounding energy of autumn. Through gentle movement, detoxifying twists, intentional breathing, and the soothing resonance of sound healing, we’ll release what no longer serves us and welcome balance for the season ahead. This nourishing practice is open to all levels and offers space to reset your body, mind, and spirit as we welcome in the autumn season.
Please bring a yoga mat if you prefer (mats are also available at the studio). Feel free to bring anything to make your practice more comfortable — such as a blanket, eye mask, or journal.
Sound Healing Meditation
Join us for a group guided meditation and sound healing accompanied with aromatherapy . Disconnect from the outer distractions and dive into a deep state of relaxation. Through beautiful sound healing vibrations and a guided meditation accompanied with aroma therapy, we are able to connect deeply with our intuition helping to release all that doesn’t serve us leaving us feeling refreshed and realigned.
***Recommended to bring: yoga mat and/or blanket, pillow, eye covers, water, along with any crystals or personal items you wish to have near you***

Get ready to feel strong and floaty in this fun strength training aerial yoga workshop! You'll use the hammock to build muscle, improve flexibility, and work that core, all while having a blast. Each move is designed to challenge and support you as you get stronger and more balanced, all while enjoying the calming flow of aerial yoga. It’s a playful and powerful way to tone up, stretch out, and feel amazing—perfect for all levels!
