Beginner Pole 8 week Shakti Flow

Completed Shakti Rising Series or wanting to dive straight in to pole dance, this is where you’ll start – our first level and your journey to Pole Fitness Classes!

The foundation of all our pole dance classes We will introduce you to the perfect mix of sensual movement and pole work, transforming the body and mind. You will be warmed up with a Pilates and yoga based floor workout – teaching you moves that you can also use at home to strengthen for the pole! We will teach you a pole routine that includes spins, transitions, and strength holds! Wear comfortable workout clothing, and no footwear is required as we dance barefoot.

Next series begins on 12th of April at 7:15

Shakti Float- Intermediate Pole Dance class

This is a mixed pole level class, after completing your Shakti Flow series you are ready to float. We recommend you become a member by this stage as we do not want to restrict your energies by a number of weeks. This level is for self exploration as well as learning to physically float and suspend in your spins and movements. Goddesses will continue to explore more challenging spins, tricks & transitions and be introduced to pole climbing, sitting and inverting. Prerequisite to attend requires instructor approval and successful completion of Shakti Flow.

This class is on Tuesdays at 8:30pm and Saturdays at 10am.

Advance Pole Skills- Shakti Fly

In this level we will be working on leg hangs, shoulder mounts, knee holds, caterpillar push, aerial inverts, and static spin combos! WE will work on combinations and passes of advance moves. You will be conditioning both strength and flexibility. Please bring a yoga mat! Heels are optional!

Must be able to Invert without using excessive force/jumping/rocking. Must be able to climb the pole twice consecutively. Must be able to complete an aerial inverted prep and be comfortable with both outside and inside leg hangs!

This class is on Wednesdays at 6pm.

Pole Classes

Wednesday Vibes

Wednesday Vibes will allow you to focus on conditioning, refinement and exploration in flow through drilling different skills. Students can expect technical breakdowns of skills such as leg waves, body rolls, glides, floats, outside/inside leg hangs as examples. Movement prompts and games will invite students into exploring these skills as a way of integrating them into the body.

This class is on Wednesdays at 7:15pm.

Liquid Pole

Liquid Pole is everything Liquid Motion. The only difference is now the vertical pole is your apparatus in addition to the base of the pole and the floor. One of Liquid Motion's building blocks is rooted within ones connection to your sacral chakra located within your pelvis. When your sacral chakra is balanced you have the ability to flow, to open yourself sensually to experience oneness with yourself. You will learn how to apply Liquid Motion's methodology by utilizing the 5 fundamentals and 5 techniques for floor work in your pole work to ultimately give you the fluidity to create that seamless organic flow you desire in your pole dance movement.

Must complete one session of pole level 1

Attire: pole wear and knee pads are a must, heels or barefoot, theraband, a yoga mat as well as yoga blocks.

Low Flow Classes

Flow Low

This class focuses on basework and low flow aka grounded movement at the bottom part of the pole. Specific movements include floor-to-pole and pole-to-floor transitions, pivoting, rolling, shoulder stands, leg play, low pole play, floor work, and more. You will learn moves that can be strung together to form various combos expressed using different styles.

Pre-requisite: Completion of Beginner Pole series.

What to wear: Pole clothes plus long pants or leggings or leg warmers. Heels and knee pads are optional but recommended for practicing different styles.

This class is the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 8:30pm.

Sensual Belows

This class focuses on the art of seduction and low flow pole movements. Targeting intentional developments by way of music connection, Pole 1 foundations, transitions and pathways. Choreography will be mostly basework leading to grounded flow. Specific moves include but are not limited low pirouettes, shoulder stands, clocks, diamond spins and boyfriend slayers. Students will be encouraged to build confidence through learning different techniques in the art of seduction.

This class is every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 8:30pm.

Additional Pole Classes

Mixed Level Spin Pole

This class focuses on pole skills on spin pole. Class topics will include a variety of strength training & conditioning, techniques and choreography, based on instructor.

Prerequisite to attend requires strong climbs and inverts from the ground, and successful completion of Shakti Float Intermediate Pole. This class is included with our Membership and class passes.

Racy Basics: Beginner Pole Choreo


Four week series to dance what you just learned or are currently learning in shakti rising or pole 1. Complete newbies welcome ! Start taking the moves onto the dance floor and add some spice. No inverting or climbing will be required but we will do some preparation for those moves. Each week we will work on a flow to start weaving things together!

Morning Movement

Let's kick off the weekend right with a little conditioning, a little pole, and a lot of fun! This mixed levels class will be 30 minutes of pole conditioning and 30 minutes of pole tricks and spins. Don't wait until the evening to get your body moving!

Fantasy Fridays Strip

In this class we will focus on 'basic' moves with not so basic results. This class is intended for all levels, anyone who is interested in exploring the more sexual side of dance and themselves. This class includes clothing removal techniques, fake splitty moves around the base of the pole, floorwork while you crawl to your audience/money/or the pole, and to expand on the standard walk, body rolls, pirouettes, etc.

Everything in this class is modifiable to your comfort and skill level. 💋
