Liquid Motion
The Liquid Motion class is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness, conditioning exercises, sensual movement, and dance theory to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In this class, students learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion to build a foundation for floor work & wall work. This class is made up of body conditioning, traveling movements drills, intricate floor progressions, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness. This combination is Liquid Motion.
**Please bring knee pads and yoga blocks

Liquid Motion Wall Dance
You dance using the floor and the pole, but have you ever tried using just the "Wall"?
Liquid Motion's "The Wall Dance" is one of the 5 iconic foundational sequences that will be taught in our new studio location. Sign up now before it sells out!!!!
In this class, you will learn how to utilize your senses to explore where and how your body is moving by understanding the connection you are making physically to the wall. These are just two of the 5 fundamentals you will learn in this class. You will also learn how to apply Liquid Motion's techniques for tilting/tucking, pivoting and threading that will in turn help you develop that natural organic movement-like quality that Liquid Motion's dance methodology is known for.
It is time to Get Liquid with "The Wall".
Please bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, knee pads, and socks in case the floor is too grippy.

Chair Flair
Chair Flair combines the various genres such as jazz, modern, lyrical and ballet, with chair dancing, resulting in a beautiful contemporary flow. This series is designed to inspire you to dance and let your body flow and move.

Floor Rockers
Rock out on the dance floor with CRNP Floor Rockers! This upbeat class is a fun, choreography-based floor routine any Rockstar would love to have on their stage! All levels welcome!
(Kneepads required, no heels this time around!)

Lap and Strip
Summer may be winding down, but we're still bringing the heat. Come to this chair series where we will work on a routine that incorporates elements of striptease and lap dance.
Bring layers you can take off (shorts, shirt, robe, legwarmers/ knee highs) and kneepads, just in case ;)

Twerk Fusion Mobility & Tantric Twerk & Stretch
Tantric Twerk & Stretch
Enter the portal of Goddess rejuvenation where we will be diving deep into our bodies through lots of twerking, belly dance movements and stretching in between. Release stagnancy, energetic blocks and surrender into the present moment as you allow your body to stretch, shake and relax. Bring knee pads and wear something very comfortable and loose.
Twerk Fusion Mobility
Full body activation through conditioning movements of belly dance and twerk to expand your mobility, strength and flexibility. Wear knee pads for extra support.
These 90-minute workshops are every Sunday at 1:30pm.
