Liquid Motion
The Liquid Motion class is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness, conditioning exercises, sensual movement, and dance theory to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In this class, students learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion to build a foundation for floor work & wall work. This class is made up of body conditioning, traveling movements drills, intricate floor progressions, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness. This combination is Liquid Motion.
This class is on every Saturday at 11:15am.
Chair Flair
Chair Flair combines the various genres such as jazz, modern, lyrical and ballet, with chair dancing, resulting in a beautiful contemporary flow. This series is designed to inspire you to dance and let your body flow and move.
This class is on every Tuesday at 7:15pm.
Twerk Fusion Workshop
Connect with your inner goddess in Twerk Fusion, Twerk-Out, Twerk like a stripper, or Shamanic Twerk. These classes merge Tantrik Twerk and Belly dance in a beautiful celebration of your body. Ground into your hips and liberate them through lots of shaking and deep stretching. We will cover foundational Twerk techniques as well as sensual belly dance movements. Prepare to be in love with yourself more than ever after this activating class!
This 90-minute workshop is on every 1st Sunday of the month at 3:30pm.
