Beginner Aerial Hoop/Lyra
This series focuses on conditioning, strength-building and fundamental techniques. This class will prepare you to move on to intermediate hoop. Please wear leggings to this class and bring a water bottle.
This class is every Monday at 8:30 pm and Sundays at 5:30pm
Intermediate Aerial Hoop
Instructor will offer a warm up, conditioning for aerial arts as well as a new trick/combination to work on.
Prerequisite: Must pass beginner hoop level-up test
This class is on every Monday at 7:15pm.
Advance Aerial Hoop Class
Let's bring more variety to your Lyra vocabulary! If you are struggling to put your tricks into combos and combos into a well-balanced routine or you feel like all your transitions look alike; if you don't know how to add more dynamic movements without exhausting your grip and add something more that just shapes and poses - let's spice things up!
You will learn:
-Exciting entrances and exits to and off the Lyra
-Rolls, Tricks under, inside and on the top of the Lyra
Prerequisite: Must pass Intermediate level-up test
This class is on every Monday at 6:00pm.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a blend of yoga and aerial circus arts, utilizing a silk hammock as a prop to aid the students in surrender during the traditional postures that are difficult to achieve due to physical injuries or emotional fear. Practicing aerial yoga helps with natural alignment and decompression of the spine and joints.
Shakti Strength
-Class every Tuesday from 12-1pm
-Workshop every 4th Sunday of the month from 3:30-5pm
Shakti Flow - Fridays at 8:30pm
Aerial Restorative - 1st and 3rd Thursday the month at 8:30pm
Aerial Silks
This Aerial Silks class is for adults and teens over 14 years of age. No prior experience required. You'll learn how to stand up, sit on and go upside down within aerial silks fabric. We'll start with some gentle stretches and warm up exercises. You'll learn basic climbs, foot locks, inverts and a simple drop, if you're brave enough.
This class is every Sunday at 6:45pm
Pole Silks
Just as the name suggests, this aerial apparatus combines both silks and pole! Come float, fly and spin with me as we explore different movements with pole silks. The class will start with a warmup, then some light stretching and conditioning before we take flight!
This class is ideal for folks who have some experience in pole, silks/ aerial hammock, or both.
Packing list: You may start in leggings but please bring shorts
