Moon Mystics
Come together with others on the full moon for a detoxifying class of movement & spiritual attunement. The full moon is a great time to expel the old to make room for the new and positive. We will discuss the astrological energies of the day, while turning inward to bring forth positive changes we wish to manifest. Setting our personal intentions in a group of like-minded individuals helps to magnetize that energy further, bringing forth our manifestations at a faster pace. Gathering will also include some yin-yoga inspired stretching, card pulling, a guided meditation sound bath, and journaling prompts. You will leave feeling refreshed and re-aligned! Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket. You are also encouraged to bring in additional items such as a pillow, eye covers, candles, crystals, or any other desired objects to create a small sacred space around your mat in the studio.

Sound Healing Meditation
Join us for a group guided meditation and sound healing accompanied with aromatherapy . Disconnect from the outer distractions and dive into a deep state of relaxation. Through beautiful sound healing vibrations and a guided meditation accompanied with aroma therapy, we are able to connect deeply with our intuition helping to release all that doesn’t serve us leaving us feeling refreshed and realigned. ***Recommended to bring: yoga mat and/or blanket, pillow, eye covers, water, along with any crystals or personal items you wish to have near you***
