Rising Goddess: Beginner Belly Dance


4-week session begins Sunday March 10th at 11:15 am

Perfect for the absolute beginner or for dancers looking to refine the basics. This fun and nurturing environment, students will be introduced to a repertoire of moves that make this such a beautiful and expressive art. Each class will consist of a gentle warm up, breakdown of fundamental moves, basic technique building, and drills to build muscle memory and control needed for isolations.

Raqs Saba: Mixed Level Belly Dance


4-week session begins Thursday March 7th at 7:15pm

*Open to All Levels* Get ready to slink, shake, and shimmy as you discover the amazing art of Belly Dance! Popular the world wide, this graceful and sensual dance is filled with enchanting music, rich cultural diversity, and a strong message of female empowerment. In this class dancers will learn basic belly dance technique, core belly dance movements, and how to incorporate newly learned movements into a fun choreography each week!

4 week series starting;

7th of March at 6:00 pm: RAQS SABA – MAQSUM MADNESS

11th of April at 6:00 pm: RAQS SABA – ELEGANT ARMS

23rd of May at 6:00 pm: RAQS SABA – SENSATIONAL SHIMMIES

20th of June at 6:00 pm: RAQS SABA – VELVETY VEIL

Raqs Sultana: Advanced Belly Dance


4-week session begins Thursday March 7th and April 11th at 7:15 pm

8-week sword session begins May 23rd at 7:15

Ready to take your belly dance to another level? Join us for Raqs Saba, our intermediate belly dance class. Each week, students will expand their belly dance vocabulary by building on fundamental techniques, deepen their understanding of muscles and isolations, and learn how to layer complementary movements through short choreography combos to a variety of music styles and genres. At least two sessions of Shakti Shimmy or Equivalent belly dance experience are required.
