Dancing for Birth™: Perinatal Movement for You!
Join an intimate circle of mothers for a deeply nourishing Dancing for Birth™ class that supports every stage of your maternal journey, from preconception and pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. Each session weaves together rhythmic movement and heartfelt conversation, creating space not just to move but to rest, share, and connect. Inspired by yoga, functional exercises, and global dance traditions, the practice utilizes both floor and standing work to help you tune into your body, release stress, and cultivate strength, flexibility, and joy. These beginner-friendly classes honor the beauty, resilience, and fluidity of the maternal body while celebrating the wisdom and support of community. No dance experience required.
Please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, and know that babies are welcome in your arms or carrier as you move, sway, and share this special time together.
